Ginger Elixer.... Stimulate your AGNI

Stimulates Agni - (digestion) especially for those with a weak digestion.

For those with a Fire Element (Pittas) - prone to heartburn, acid reflux etc don't have a lot - it's too much 'fire' to what you already have :)

(20-60 mins before hand)

RECIPE: (via Chopra Center)

1 3-4″ piece of unpeeled, fresh ginger root 4-6 Lemons 1 Cup Purified Water 3/4 cup Organic Honey 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Cut 3-4” pice of unpaid fresh ginger root into 1/2-inch pieces. Push the ginger through a juicer. In a citrus juicer, juice the lemons. Combine the juices in a large bowl. Whisk, mix the water, honey and black pepper into your juice mixture. Whisk until well blended.

Store in a pitcher or a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

💤Can't be bothered to do full recipe?

Get a slice of fresh Ginger, sprinkle some Fresh Lemon on it, chew it 20 - 30 minutes before a meal, kick starts the digestion

VEGAN? Miss out the honey


Ginger is awesome for our dogs (if they self select it - give them the choice!)

Simply grate some fresh and put it next to there food

or add a fresh slice to their drinking water
